Chivas Regal hosted an exclusive event earlier this week to kick off its partnership with Formula One and Drive to Survive superstar Charles Leclerc for an evening that seamlessly blended music, whisky, and celebration.
The invite-only affair, dubbed ‘Leclerc's,' was held at Le Club in Melbourne ahead of the 2025 Australian Grand Prix, which kicks off this weekend.
The night began with a conversation between Leclerc and renowned DJ and producer Nina Las Vegas, where Charles opened up about his deep love for music and the piano, spoke about his partnership with Chivas, and shared insights into his racing life. As a self-taught pianist and composer, the event provided a rare glimpse into the creative side of the motorsport champion.
As Chivas 18 cocktails flowed, guests were treated to a soulful set by SilentJay, an unforgettable performance by ARIA Award-winning artist Genesis Owusu, and an electrifying hip-hop set by DJ PGZ. Leclerc mingled with guests throughout the evening, while a custom engraving station allowed attendees to personalise Chivas 18 bottles.
Leclerc said of the partnership, "The art of success is blending the right notes. My craft requires time and precision, but it's the opportunity to embrace my passions, celebrate my journey, and share moments with others that truly fuels me. Chivas Regal shares this ethos, encouraging us to strike the right notes in life and celebrate wins, big and small. I'm excited to redefine success together."
Nick Blacknell, Global Marketing Director for Chivas Regal, added, "Charles' incredible success is driven by his tenacity, commitment to excellence, and off-track passions-qualities that inspired this partnership. The 88 notes of the piano perfectly parallel the 85 flavour notes of Chivas 18, showing how both music and whisky blend passion with precision. We're excited to bring fans on this journey to celebrate our wins together."
This event marked the first of many to come between Chivas Regal and Leclerc, setting the stage for an exciting collaboration that fuses success, creativity, and craftsmanship.
