Much has happened down on the farm since television crews last visited Diddly Squat not least the acquisition of a pub.
Jeremy Clarkson and his band of farming friends are back with a new series of pastoral peaks and troughs in the fourth season of Clarkson’s Farm.
The former Top Gear and Grand Tour presenter has embraced his new life as a farmer in the Cotswolds, dodging planning disputes, dealing with crop failures, livestock disease and trying to keep the farm shop open.
The new series will see him face his biggest challenge so far, coping without his right-hand man and farming expert Kaleb Cooper while at the same time opening a new pub.
What could possibly go wrong?
Series four of Clarkson’s Farm is returning to Prime Video on Friday 23 May.
The first four episodes will launch on that date, with two additional episodes released a week later on 30 May, followed by the final two on 6 June.
All previous series of the show are also available to stream on Prime Video.
Viewers will, however, need an Amazon Prime Video subscription which costs from £8.99 a month or £95 annually. A 30-day free trial is available.
To whet your appetite, Prime Video has also released a trailer of the new series.
In the wake of his thwarted attempts to open a farm-to-fork restaurant, Clarkson has a new plan to bring his produce to the table. All he needs to do is buy a pub.
But much like farming, owning a pub is not a straightforward affair and he has to navigate red tape, deal with a derelict building and a picnic site with a colourful past before he can get to opening day.
Even then, power cuts threaten to cause chaos with the carvery.
Meanwhile, farming continues apace but the Lamborghini tractor is showing its age and a big new bull and a very little pig cause mayhem.
Against these odds, Clarkson and his ecletic mix of friends, family and staff must rally to get through another year at Diddly Squat.
