Bellingham's equaliser was swiftly followed by a goal from Harry Kane to put England 2-1 up and on course for a comeback win. If the Three Lions do progress they will be without defender Marc Guehi for the quarter-final due to suspension. Southgate will be forced into a chance with Guehi but may also consider further changes after seeing his team look second-best to Slovakia for long periods of the match.
